Leslie likes to walk fast in the morning. Today after her 3 cups of cafe con leche at the albergue she walked the first 5 kilometers in 50 minutes. Hard to keep up. We arrived in the little hamlet of 50 people with 3 albergues in 6 hours.... First folk to arrive.
Cool foggy start to the day. One hard climb with lots of easy walking through a forest of small pine trees. Spent the afternoon drinking and chatting with all our Camino friends. It's a hard life....
Many of our gang are finishing tomorrow in Burgos. It will be sad to see them leave.
